Mr. Fraga founded Fraga International Realty — today known as the FIRC Group, Inc. — in 1979, following 10 years experience with IBM. He attended St. John's University majoring in Economics with a minor in Accounting. A dedicated entrepreneur who believes in the importance of long term relationships, Mr. Fraga has spearheaded the company's phenomenal growth for over 30 years.

In 1992, Alex began as a laborer on FIRC's redevelopment of the Key Biscayne Shopping Center after Hurricane Andrew devastated southern Florida. From there he immersed himself in all aspects of construction and commercial real estate, studying Architecture, Construction Management and Business Administration at the University of Tampa and Florida International University. Alex joined FIRC full-time in 1995. Together with his father, they lead the company's teams in management, redevelopment, construction, acquisitions and sales. Alex carries on the tradition of excellence for which the company is renowned.

Carlos oversees all phases of design and construction for FIRC's developments in Florida. After pursuing a degree in Economics from Florida International University, he spent over six years with Mettler Toledo, Inc. His accomplishments led him to become a top producer in Territory and Project Management. Carlos joined FIRC in 2006 after working with one of the largest Specialty Contractors in Florida.

Connie manages and leases all of FIRC's Florida properties. Previously, she worked for WXEL-TV and FM in Palm Beach County. Prior to her 10 year term at a Real Estate Management and Development company in Fort Lauderdale, Connie was a commercial tenant at a FIRC property for three years in Cape Coral, FL. She served two terms as President of the Coralwood Mall Merchant's Association and met Mr. Fraga as her landlord 15 years before coming to work for him.

Eric oversees all phases of design and construction for FIRC's developments in North Carolina. He holds a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering & Management from Purdue University and a master's degree from Wheaton Graduate School. Eric comes to FIRC after 10 years at Buncombe Construction Company where he served as President.

Wes directs the marketing of commercial sales and leasing in FIRC's current projects and developments. He holds a bachelor's degree in Politics and Government from Ohio-Wesleyan University, is a North Carolina licensed Real Estate Broker and a candidate for CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. Before moving to Asheville, Wes worked as a Commodity Futures Trader on the New York Board of Trade and for Bloomberg L.P. Wes comes from Spake Real Estate where he was one of Asheville's top producing commercial sales and leasing brokers.

Victor manages and coordinates operations at FIRC's developments in North Carolina. For the past 20 years, Victor has served as General Manager of Haywood Park Hotel and Vice President of Haywood Street Redevelopment Corporation. Previously, he was with Howard Johnson Corporation managing properties in the North and Southeast U.S. Victor is also a licensed Real Estate Broker and served on the Downtown Commission, the Buncombe County Tourism Development Authority Board and the Asheville Downtown Association.

Geoffrey oversees all aspects of accounting and finance for FIRC and its managed properties while also supervising the accounting staff. Geoffrey graduated from the University of Miami with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance. Joining FIRC in 2007, he brings 30 years of experience in property management, commercial property accounting and holds a Florida Real Estate Salesperson License as well as a CAM License.
